At our core, we hold a joyful vision: to transform health care by embracing every dimension of wellness—mental, emotional, and physical. Through counselling, we support the healing of the mind, the calming of emotions, and the strengthening of the body’s overall resilience. We believe that caring for mental health not only nurtures clarity and emotional balance but also enhances physical vitality and daily well-being. Health is a tapestry woven from many threads—emotional stability, physical strength, social connection—and each deserves care and attention. At Willow Bark Wellness, we strive to create a welcoming environment where every person feels seen, valued, and empowered, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, nationality, faith, physical ability, or personal journey.
Willow Bark Wellness

Embrace the journey of mental wellness with our dedicated counselling services, empowering you to overcome challenges—both significant and minor—while offering unwavering support and guidance every step of the way.
The Willow Bark Wellness office is open for business!
As of September 29th, 2025, we have opened our doors to a new three room space conveniently located at 628 Sixth Avenue, New Westminster, right across from Royal City Centre! We know many of you prefer the in-person experience when speaking to a counsellor, and so our new space has dedicated counselling rooms designed to support your comfort, privacy, and healing journey. This thoughtfully created space allows us to continue offering compassionate, client-centred care in an environment that feels calm, welcoming, and safe.
We are excited to share that Willow Bark Wellness is now offering Trauma-Informed Couples Therapy, Family Therapy, and EMDR Intensives.
These new services expand our commitment to providing safe, compassionate, and effective support for individuals, couples, and families.
Trauma-Informed Couples Therapy helps partners strengthen trust, improve communication, and heal together by recognizing how past experiences may be shaping their relationship.
Trauma-Informed Family Therapy creates a supportive space for families to foster resilience, connection, and healthier ways of relating.
EMDR Intensives offer extended sessions designed to help process distressing experiences with greater depth and continuity, providing focused support for healing and growth.
Whether you are seeking support individually or as a couple or family, our team is here to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
